Job Descriptions
The Administrative Assistant manages the front desk, greeting guests, human resources tasks, internal communications, assisting department heads, meeting arrangements, and other duties.
The Safety & Quality Control Manager is responsible for executing safety policies following OSHA guidelines, conducting training, safety meetings, equipment inspections, and more to ensure a safe working environment.
The QA/QC Technician position includes working towards ACI certifications, ensuring record/paperwork accuracy, DOT relationships, inspections, walkthroughs, reporting, and other duties.
The Dry Cast Laborer position daily production tasks, forklift and crane operation, work area maintenance, cross-training and other special projects as assigned by management.
The Production/QC Manager position includes scheduling, tracking, and managing product production, inventory, materials ordering, ACI certifications, employee management, MDOT visits, cross-training and more.
The Wire Department Lead position includes daily wire management production, crane inspections, safety huddles, work area cleanliness, machine checks and greasings, month end wire counts and more.
The QA/QC Supervisor position includes completing ACI certifications, overseeing daily quality control, scheduling, DOT relationships, inspections, walkthroughs, reporting, and other duties.
The Production Forklift Operator is responsible for transporting product to and from the pipe machine, loading and unloading pipe, assisting in end-of-day tasks, and other duties as assigned.
The Cage Transport/Setup person is responsible for transporting cages from production to the pipe staging area, assisting with coordination between departments, and more. Located in New Albany.
The Concrete Patcher is responsible for repairing concrete pipe in the production kiln and laydown yard, pulling gaskets and popits for shipment, and other duties as assigned. Located in New Albany.
The Wire Machine Operator is responsible for loading wire on to the spooler and into the machine, running cages for production, ensuring cages are produced in spec, and more. Located in New Albany.
The Wet Cast Laborer position includes daily production management, tasks, forklift and crane operation, understanding drawings, forms and ring cleaning and other duties as assigned.
